About Us
Country Lake Estates is a beautiful and peaceful condominium community in Marion, Indiana next door to Indiana Wesleyan University. Our community consists of 34 buildings comprised of 104 condos. The first building was built in 1981, and the final building in 1996. We have two beautiful ponds that have active fountains in season.
